Pasta Armando is made only with 100% Italian Wheat- cultivated as part of direct supply chain. The Armando supply chain is based on strict cultivation protocol and selected varieties of durum wheat, using agricultural techniques that guarantee the production of healthy raw material of excellent quality.   Adds a bit of joy to pasta salads. It was made using the “fuso”, a typical iron used by spinners to make balls of wool.
