  • 8 individually wrapped servings 
  • Defrost 1 day in the refrigerator 
  • Oven: Remove packaging and heat frozen crepes for ~3 min 30 sec.  
  • PanPlace frozen crepe on nonstick pan and cook on medium flame for about 3 min. 30 sec., turning often.  
  • Set to 750 watts. Remove packaging and heat frozen crepes for ~40 sec.
