Made with the finest Belgian semi sweet chocolate, butter, cocoa powder and vanilla. Unlike other flourless chocolate cakes which can be gritty, flakey or dry, this cake is delicately rich, and bursting with a smooth, moist, and creamy texture.

  • Suggested servings 14 (pre-cut)
  • Microwave from frozen! 30-35 seconds; microwave will melt the chocolate enough to where the bottom is very warm and the top is semi cool. A scoop of ice cream or whipped cream on the side with strawberries, and you have an easy, instant winner! 
Endlessly adaptable, this cake can be served warm or chilled, and topped with anything from a dollop of whipped cream and raspberry coulis sauce to chocolate shavings and ganache.
